Cancer Research Give up clothes for good fundraising

As I plan for this year's swish, I've ordered 50 bags from Cancerhelp, the information site for Cancer Research.

So I think this idea is fantastic!

Cancer Research UK, TK Maxx and HomeSense are challenging the nation to strip their wardrobes and cupboards as bare as they dare to help beat childhood cancers.
Give Up Clothes for Good, the largest clothing and homeware collection ever, runs from 5 - 25 April 2010.
Getting involved is easy and with spring in the air it’s the perfect time to have a clear out.

1. Grab a special donation bag from your local TK Maxx or HomeSense store (or use any bag, all are welcome even bin bags, it’s what’s inside that matters)
2. Fill it up with quality, unwanted clothes and homeware
3. Drop it off at your local TK Maxx or HomeSense store or your local Cancer Research UK high street shop

Each bag donated could be worth up to £30 towards our life-saving research.

More children than ever are surviving cancer thanks to Cancer Research UK, but there is still a long way to go and your donations will make all the difference.
